Library localization instructions

For localization library interface items and messages you must include into your projects Localizable.strings files for specified languages of your applications.

You can use included in SCL Localizable.strings file for determine which messages you must translate from English to you preffered language.

Now in SCL include Localizable.strings files for English and Russian languages.

Note: Localizable.strings files are not copied when building frameworks and static libraries. You need to either copy the files themselves in your project, or copy the necessary parts of the contents of these files in your own Localizable.strings files.
